Modeling
We undertake the design and execution of patterns and marker layouts based on designs or existing patterns. We bring patterns to life using digital technology according to client requirements.
Based on our clients’ vision, we create patterns that can be quickly adapted to factory production processes using the Optitex system.
All you need to do is send us the fashion sketch or inspiration description, and we’ll create the pattern. After that, the first sample piece, the prototype, can be quickly produced in our sample sewing room.
Our professional team (pattern makers and sample sewers) works very efficiently on product creation through close, continuous communication with each other and our clients.

Grading
For pattern making, we also create custom or size grades based on existing models.
If the patterns were previously made on paper, we can help with digitization and then create additional size grades for the given model.
We create marker layouts digitally to work with maximum fabric utilization during cutting and thereby produce as little waste as possible. We create marker layouts after determining fabric widths to achieve the most optimal layout for plotting the pattern pieces.
Sample Production
During sample sewing, we undertake the creation of a single piece or an entire collection. In our fully equipped sewing room, sample sewers with decades of experience create the sample pieces.
We consider it important that during sample sewing, the product undergoes technological preparation that can maintain production efficiency alongside premium quality in the future.

Pattern Making
Our cutting service is equipped to a high standard; we can work on 3 tables simultaneously, providing the opportunity to meet our clients’ requests.
We work in cutting from single-piece sample cutting to larger quantities of several thousand pieces. Our 10-meter band knife cutting machine and numerous straight knife machines support smooth production flow.
In our partner factory, precise and accurate cuts are made on automatic cutting machines.
Collection Creation
Whether you’re launching a new clothing brand or want to create a collection for an already established market brand, we’re happy to help.
We can start based on fashion sketches or ideas with pattern-making specialists, followed by our colleagues in the sample sewing room who bring the products to life.

During periodic production, we’re unable to store and warehouse paper patterns, but for continuous production, we can provide this for all our clients.
